Blackcurrants are rich in antioxidants and are famous for their anti-inflammatory properties. They are also an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin B (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6), vitamin E and mineral salts, especially potassium, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium.
Taste profile: Deep and rich berry flavour. Our jam goes great with cheese, bread and crackers. It can be also used for cake baking as a natural way of refreshing the taste.
